Refund & Return Policy

Cheerful Brands LLC operates several independent brands. Purchases are made through those individual brands, and each brand’s specific refund terms are presented at the point of sale and on that brand’s website. This page describes our general approach.

General policy

We want customers to be satisfied. If there is a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will work to make it right in line with the policy of the brand you purchased from and applicable law.

Digital products and services

For digital products, courses, software, and subscriptions, refund eligibility depends on the brand and the nature of the product. Where a product has been delivered, accessed, or substantially consumed, refunds may be limited. Subscription cancellations stop future billing; the current billing period generally is not prorated unless required by law.

Services and deployments

For consulting, training, or deployment services (including hardware-based services), refund terms are defined in the agreement or order for that engagement.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cheerfulbrands.co with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
